The South Coast Water District (SCWD’s) was established in 1932 as a special district under the Water Code of the State of California. The District’s service area covers approximately 8.3 square miles with a population of 37,062 residents. SCWD’s service area includes communities within the City of Dana Point, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, and Laguna Beach. The District provides potable water services, wastewater services, and recycled water services.
