The Rossmoor Community Services District (RCSD) was established in 1987. The District’s service area covers approximately 1.54 square miles with a population of 10,500 residents. RCSD provides the following services street lighting, public recreation facilities, installation and maintenance of median landscaping, full park tree maintenance, and street sweeping to the Community of Rossmoor.
