In 1997, the property owners within County Service Area 22 (CSA 22) approved a special assessment to fund the County operations and maintenance costs for a portion of a two-acre Woodgate Park within the Fairlyn Orange County unincorporated area.  CSA 22 is located within the City of Yorba Linda’s sphere of influence.
