County Service Area 13

 

On July 26, 1967, the Board of Supervisors established the County Service Area 13 (CSA 13).  The CSA 13 boundary encompasses the Andora-Fairhope unincorporated island located within the City of Buena Park’s sphere of influence, consisting of approximately 127 properties.  The property owners within CSA 13 pay an annual assessment fee used by the Orange County Public Works department to cover the costs to receive wastewater services from the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works.
