The Midway City Sanitary District (MCSD) was established in 1939 as a special district under the Sanitary District Act of the State of California. The District’s service area covers approximately 10.4 square miles with a population of 96,888 residents. MCSD provides wastewater services to the City of Westminster and Orange County unincorporated areas.
