Moulton Niguel Water District - Public Policy Institute of CaliforniaThe Moulton Niguel Water District (MNWD) was established in 1960 as a special district under the Water Code of the State of California. The District’s service area covers approximately 37 square miles with a population of 170,167 residents. MNWD’s service area includes portions of the cities of Aliso Viejo, Laguna Niguel, and portions of Laguna Hills, Mission Viejo, Dana Point, and San Juan Capistrano. The District provides potable water services, wastewater services, and recycled water services.
