The Capistrano Bay Community Service District (CBCSD) was established in 1959 as a special district under the California Government Code. The District’s service area is located within the City of Dana Point and includes about 200 parcels. CBCSD provides trash collection, street lighting, road and infrastructure maintenance, flood control, and police protection.
