The Rossmoor-Los Alamitos Sewer District (RLASD) was established in 1952. The District’s service area covers approximately 6.2 square miles with over 8,000 sewer connections. RLASD provides wastewater services to the City of Los Alamitos, Rossmoor, and portions of the City of Seal Beach and City of Cypress.
