The Trabuco Canyon Water District (TCWD) was established in 1962 as a special district under the Water Code of the State of California. The District’s service area covers approximately 12.8 square miles with a population of 12,921 residents. TCWD’s service area includes communities of Trabuco Canyon, Robinson Ranch, Trabuco Highlands, Rancho Cielo, Portola Hills, Santiago Canyon Estates, and Dove Canyon. The District provides potable water and wastewater services.
