The Yorba Linda Water District (YLWD) was established in 1959 as a special district under the Water Code of the State of California. The District’s service area covers approximately 22.6 square miles with a population of 80,056 residents. YLWD provides water and wastewater services to the City of Yorba Linda, Brea, Anaheim, and Orange County unincorporated areas.
