The East Orange County Water District (EOWD) was established as a special district under the Water Code of the State of California. The District’s wholesale water boundary encompasses an area of 15.7 square miles, retail water service area of one square mile, and wastewater service area of 12.15 square miles. EOWD service areas include portions of the City of Tustin, City of Orange and Orange County unincorporated area.
